PTS Exchange is a specialized B2B financial infrastructure. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for the following activities. Any violation results in immediate terminal access termination.

🚫 No Marketing Outreach

Sending unsolicited commercial offers or newsletters to non-contracted entities is strictly prohibited.

🚫 No Third-Party Lists

Use of purchased, rented, or scraped email lists is forbidden. All recipients must be KYC-verified partners.

🚫 No High-Risk Financials

Promotion of crypto-schemes, penny stocks, or non-accredited investment opportunities.

System Definition

Transactional Traffic Only

The PTS Exchange infrastructure is engineered exclusively for high-priority transactional & operational messages triggered by market events.

Permitted Message Types:

  • Trade Confirmations: Automated receipts, purchase orders, and settlement advice generated instantly upon trade execution.
  • Market Volatility Alerts: System-generated notifications regarding spot price thresholds or index rebalancing (Burst Mode).
  • Logistics Updates: Gate entry codes, e-Bills of Lading, and detention warnings for logistics partners.

Hygiene & Enforcement

We monitor outbound traffic metrics in real-time. Accounts exceeding the following thresholds are automatically suspended:
