1. Scope of Service

Pro Tree Services NY, Inc. (d.b.a PTS Exchange) provides a B2B Clearinghouse for biomass commodities. This policy applies to data collected through our trading node. We act as a Data Processor for our Energy Sector Clients and Logistics Partners (Data Controllers).

2. Information We Collect

Corporate Entity Data: Business Registry Numbers, Tax IDs, and Authorized Trader credentials.
Logistics Data: GPS coordinates of cargo, weight tickets, and electronic Bills of Lading (eBOL).
Financial Metrics: Bid/Ask history, settlement acknowledgments, and credit limit utilization.

3. Use of Information

We use collected data strictly to:

Clear & Settle Execute trade orders and generate binding financial documents.

Alert Send critical volatility warnings and market closing notifications.

Audit Maintain Chain-of-Custody (FSC/SFI) records for regulatory compliance.

4. Data Retention

Authorized users have the right to request access to their data. However, trading logs and financial settlements must be retained for 10 years as required by financial regulations and anti-money laundering (AML) statutes.
